At scut-motor.ro, just as you bought easily, you can return easily, without any hassle. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with a product you purchased, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the moment it was delivered to you by the courier.

1. General Information:
If you are not satisfied with the products purchased from www.zastitamotora.com and you want to cancel the purchase and receive your money back, you can apply for the product return procedure within a maximum of 14 days, according to the provisions of Government Ordinance No. 34/2014, regarding consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts.
The 14-day period for exercising this right begins:
a) for products, from the date they are received by the consumer;
b) for services, from the day the contract is concluded;
A distance contract refers to the contract for the supply of products or services concluded between a trader and a consumer, within a sales system organized by the trader, which exclusively uses one or more distance communication techniques before and at the conclusion of this contract.
The 14-day return right applies only to customers who have purchased products online from www.zastitamotora.com
The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract within 14 days, without penalties and without giving any reason.
According to Ordinance No. 34/2014, the consumer is responsible for covering the costs related to returning the products to the trader.

The return of products is done through the courier service. The product will be picked up by a courier service agent for return to the seller.
After the return is approved, you will be notified by email about the return request, and the product will be collected by a courier within approximately 2 working days from the address you specified.

In the case of a return via courier, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
